Set a threshold per variant. Stockify flags anything below it as critical — inline, bulk-editable, with a store-wide default.
Reorder list
Sorted by urgency, printable, always current. What's out of stock sits on top. What's running low comes right after.
Purchase orders & suppliers
Add your suppliers and create purchase orders — manually or in one click from the reorder list. When stock arrives, receive the delivered quantities right inside the order; Stockify adds them to your available stock in Shopify automatically.
Multiple locations & transfers
Optional: manage stock and minimum stock per location, book goods receipts into a specific location, and move stock between locations. Only one location? Leave it off — everything stays as simple as before.
Reorder forecast
Stockify analyzes your real sales and tells you, per variant, how many days of stock are left, by when to reorder, and what quantity makes sense. Out-of-stock days filtered out, seasonal patterns and supplier lead times factored in — one click turns it into a purchase order.
Reports on your days
An inventory report via Email, Discord, or Slack — on the weekdays you pick for each channel. EN or DE, automatically.
Instant alerts
